Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with every order from Kugula Online Shop. If something is not right, this policy explains what you can do.
2-day returns
You may return an item within 2 days of receiving it, as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and has all its accessories, manuals and tags.
Items we cannot accept back
- Fresh and perishable food, and opened food or drinks
- Personal care, beauty and hygiene products that have been opened
- Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing parts
Wrong or faulty items
If you receive the wrong item, or an item that is faulty on arrival, contact us within 2 days and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
How to make a return
- Call or WhatsApp us on +256 788 861786 with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Bring the item to our shop in Mbale, or we will agree a collection arrangement with you.
- Once we have checked the item, we will exchange it or refund you by the method you used to pay.
