Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all orders placed on Kugula Online Shop (www.kugulaonlineshop.com), based in Mbale City, Uganda. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Orders

After you place an order, we will contact you by phone or email to confirm it. An order is accepted once we confirm it. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error, and we will tell you if this happens.

2. Prices

All prices are in Uganda Shillings (UGX). Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you place your order.

3. Payment

You can pay online with Mobile Money (MTN or Airtel) at checkout, or in cash or Mobile Money when your order is delivered. Other payment options will be shown at checkout when they become available.

4. Delivery

We deliver all orders by boda boda to the address you give within Mbale City (Industrial City and Northern divisions). We do not offer collection from our stores. The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you place your order. Please make sure your phone number, ward and directions are correct so our rider can reach you.

5. Returns

Returns are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy.

6. Your information

We use your details only to process and deliver your order, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
